5. Community Features

When using community features (benchmarks, reviews), you agree to:

  • Submit only accurate, genuine benchmark data from hardware you have tested
  • Not submit spam, misleading, or fraudulent data
  • Not attempt to manipulate ratings or voting systems
  • Not use automated tools to scrape or submit data

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.

6. Affiliate Links

Some links on the Service are affiliate links. When you purchase products through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our recommendations, which are based purely on technical specifications and performance data.

7. Intellectual Property

GPU specifications, model benchmarks, and pricing data are sourced from their respective owners and manufacturers. FitMyLLM does not claim ownership of third-party data. The tool itself, including its design, code, and original content, is the property of FitMyLLM.
