By accessing and using FitMyLLM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

FitMyLLM is a free tool that helps users find the best local AI models for their hardware. The Service provides hardware recommendations, performance estimates, and deployment guidance based on publicly available specifications and community-submitted data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Performance estimates, VRAM calculations, and hardware recommendations are approximations based on theoretical calculations and may differ from real-world results.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Service, including but not limited to GPU prices, model benchmarks, and performance estimates.

In no event shall FitMyLLM or its creator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to hardware purchases made based on our recommendations.

When using community features (benchmarks, reviews), you agree to:

• Submit only accurate, genuine benchmark data from hardware you have tested
• Not submit spam, misleading, or fraudulent data
• Not attempt to manipulate ratings or voting systems
• Not use automated tools to scrape or submit data

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.

Some links on the Service are affiliate links. When you purchase products through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our recommendations, which are based purely on technical specifications and performance data.

GPU specifications, model benchmarks, and pricing data are sourced from their respective owners and manufacturers. FitMyLLM does not claim ownership of third-party data. The tool itself, including its design, code, and original content, is the property of FitMyLLM.

• API keys are personal and non-transferable
• Rate limits: 60 requests per minute per API key
• We reserve the right to revoke API keys for abuse, excessive usage, or violation of these terms
• CLI clients must run a supported version; outdated versions may be blocked
• API data may not be scraped, cached, redistributed, or used to build competing services
• The API is provided free of charge; we reserve the right to introduce paid tiers

• Scraping or bulk-downloading data from the API or website
• Redistributing API responses or model/GPU data commercially
• Using the API to build a competing product or service
• Circumventing rate limits or version requirements
• Sharing, selling, or publicly posting API keys

• We may suspend or revoke your API key at any time for violation of these terms
• You may delete your account and API key at any time
• Termination does not affect data already submitted to community features

• These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lugano, Ticino, Switzerland

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
