Summary

FitMyLLM is designed with privacy as the top priority. The core tool runs entirely in your browser with no data sent to our servers. We do not track, sell, or share your personal information.

What we collect

Core tool (QuickStart, Find Models, Build for Model, Enterprise)

Nothing. All calculations run in your browser. Your hardware specs, model selections, and results are never transmitted anywhere. No cookies, no analytics, no fingerprinting.

Community features (Benchmarks, Reviews, Alerts)

If you choose to sign in with GitHub or Google to submit benchmarks, reviews, or price alerts, we store:

  • Your user ID from the authentication provider
  • Your display name and avatar (from GitHub/Google)
  • Content you submit (benchmarks, reviews, alert preferences)

This data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the EU). You can delete your submissions at any time.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (most popular pages, device types). This is optional and can be blocked by any ad blocker. No personal data is collected through analytics.

What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not use your data for advertising
  • We do not track your hardware configuration
  • We do not store your model recommendations
  • We do not use tracking pixels or hidden trackers
  • We do not share data with AI model providers

Local storage

We use your browser's localStorage to remember:

  • Your theme preference (dark/light mode)
  • Whether you've used the full interface before (to skip the landing page)

This data stays in your browser and is never sent to any server. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.

Third-party services

  • Supabase (database) — stores community benchmarks, reviews, GPU price history, and user authentication data
  • GitHub OAuth — used for sign-in if you choose to authenticate
  • Google OAuth — used for sign-in if you choose to authenticate
  • Google Analytics (optional) — aggregate usage statistics

Each service has its own privacy policy. We minimize data shared with these services to what is strictly necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Use the tool without creating an account
  • Delete your submitted benchmarks and reviews at any time
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Block analytics via ad blockers or browser settings
